Hello all

I've recently tried to download a copy of Chrome on another computer of mine and get an error. It's unlike any error I've read about yet. Setup attempts to download the required files and it throws an error at me. I've attached the log for perusal.

Security software actively in place:
Antivirus:  Avira AntiVir Personal(Free version)
Firewall\Program Guard:  Online Armor(Program Guard is disabled)
