Hello!

I have had Chrome installed for two days now, and have suddenly encountered a mysterious crash, for which I can find no sensible explanation.

For the whole first day, Chrome is very functional, works like a charm. Likewise for half of today. However, just a few hours ago, something very weird began happening. Whenever I write the word "must" (followed by a space) in a forum, Chrome crashes. I have tested it across multiple forums and in different situations. Now, looking at the facts, I'm thinking it must be myself who have accidentally fiddled with something, but from my limited technical knowledge, I can make no sense of this.

Any ideas?

Oddly enough the same thing happened to me a while ago, only it wasn't with the word must, it was when I was typing Palm Springs, and when I hit the space after m, the program would seem to crash. Makes me think it has/had something to do with four letter words or something, I don't really know though. I submitted a bug report to Google, though, and I suggest you do too.

I'm not exactly sure what fixed it, but I've formatted and reinstalled Chrome since that incident. Make sure your Google Chrome is up to date (Wrench -> About Google Chrome) and if that doesn't fix it, try to reinstall.
