So now I have to save wallpapers and use them manually?

I hope they add this in the next Chrome update.

Yeah I miss that feature from the other browsers.

It's annoying to save the image, and then set it as the wallpaper. But if they don't add it in the next update I'm sure an add-on will be made for it soon as it's quite essential for some people. I hardly change my wallpaper though..

I totally agree. Another annoying thing: the right-click set as desktop background has been removed from Picasa as well. So if you're using that as your default photo viewer (which I am), it's way too complicated to create a new background.
