All of the following suggestions are of course optional

, and in no way fully complete, you can modify my ideas, or use them exactly as they are, whatever works out best
1. website manager, where you can set up security levels for particular websites, and manually edit/delete their cookies, browser prefs for this particular website, ect
2. an option to show pages that cannot be displayed, instead of skiping them, while undoing
3. an option (setable per site?) to refresh pages automatically, after Undoing into them
4. color deformation, or maybe a dotted underline, to mark the last visited page when undoing, (its a good reminder, what page u came from)
5. Safty rating, for any websites, and specifically file downloads (that go outside temp folder), this would show up as 1-5 stars, 5 being safe, with an easy, rightclick stars to vote for yourself, (after so many votes, maybe an google employ-e could check it out more indepth, which would prompt a popup warning, with a description before downloading the file.
6. option for auto un-zipping files that are downloaded incompressed form
7. option to auto-zip files beforesending them
8. larger zoom capabilitys, on particular files (such as pic's), along with centering them in the new window
9. PDF, and Docx opening capabilitys, along with video types like .wmv
10. an open file option, alowing you to browse your comp for a pic/webpage/compatable file (File/open)
11. ability to locally edit a webpage's coding, and your new addition stay every time you open that page. (with a reset coding to default option)
(such as adding site specific 'favorites', that way you can easily navigate that site to the pages you desire, or change the text color)
12. the ability to lock a favorites folder open, so you can use more than 1 link before the folder closes, making multiple clicks
13. Mousless browsing, which would add a number to each link on a webpage, which would be pressed, with alt/# or ctrl/#
14. Undo/Redo Tree, allowing you to go back, and then forward, on a different website path than previously, (maybe in the form of right clicking redo, and then choosing one of the points you went to from that point), then it would continue on that decision path
15. ability to change some visual parts of the browser, such as color, fonts, ect
16. hidden link browser, where the browser would show a tree of the website, like a link to the 'images' folder, where all the picture would be displayed, in a list as files
EX:
www.SomeWebsite.com(shows a list of sufix's folders) /UserInterface, /Css, /WebPages, /Files
lets say we click /Css, naturally a list of files should come up, MainLayout.css, Alternate style.css, ect
then we click one of those to open it ourselfs
say the website creator stored all of the downloadable files in /Files
then when we opened it, we would have a list of every file on the site (not the ones that make up the site, which would be in the UI)
in one conveniant list, rather than browsing the site for them
(including some files that would otherwise be hidden)
In order to do this, google may have to "bruteforce" chunks of the url (im not really sure)
17. GoogleStats for every website, aka how many views the page has gotten, ect
18. Similar Pages (got the idea from similar images) where google searches for some of the less common words on the webpage, and displays the websites, with the most words in common
19. Select and Search, select words from a webpage, right click, and then, an option to "search for selected" which would basically google those words for you, rather than pasting it into your URL bar
21. abilty to directly save as a diferent supported file type (lets you save a .bmp as a .jpg)
22. link to an open tech support channel,(auto saved in "other bookmarks" when u download the browser) that would be users helping users, (users would see links to popular channels, or could join their own custom channel (type in a channel name) that way users could get "alone" with the person helping them, without the interuptions of other peoples chatting)
23. Bookmark history, which would show all bookmarks that have ever been used, with the ability to bring them back into existance, or hardcore delete them (so they never show again)
24. mod section, where you can download/disable/enable/delete custom user created mods to google chrome
25. under the hood, place where all of google chromes features could be toggled on or off, along with maybe user plan settings (a few special pre-made plans would be already there, true-functionality (all on) Speed, (everything off, but the basics (for extreemly quick reaction times) Each featureshould also be tested, and give an aproximate reaction time increase, and a description of what the feature does. (allowing for customization, and maximal speed)
26. Freeze, slow, fastforward and rewind a webpage, Freeze would stop all elements of the webpage, including animated gif's, so absolutely nothing would exicute, rewind would undo anything, including going backwards on animated gifs, flash videos or games, ect, Slowmo, would decrease the rate at which everything occurs, alowing closer views on games/movies (i can already do freeze, slow, and speed up with a program known as CHEATENGINE, but if it were a built in option somewhere, it would be awsome) although its rewind/slow capabilitys might have to be limited on flash 'games'
27. Page Subscriptions, where your browser notifys you if a page is updated (only if you request subscription for said page, and theres an unsubscribe button along with the notification)
28. Custom Ads, if you feel ads are important, because they keep websites alive (i agree,) you could allow the user to pick what kind of ads, he/she recieves (kinda like adsence, but user based instead of website based (right clickan ad, and click change ad type, then type in a word/words that the ads you are given will be narrowed down to. maybe your interested in keeping up with the latest computer gadgets, then you would type "computer accessorys" into the ad type field, and google would then replace all adsence ads withthe users ad choice (users would choose ad their interested in, which would also increase chances the ad was clicked, or a product bought)
Your likely interested in an ad, if its taylored to the website, but your alot more likely to be interested if the ad is taylored to you (with users permission, and anonamous ofc)
Plus it could monitor how many times you have seena specific ad, and remove it from the list, if it is obviously not getting your attention.., and if the list is to small, it could show the default ad, or a similar topic based ad
29. Right click, and ScanForCode, would scan any files, for any type of executable code, now ofc this should show all .exe files as code found..., but that should be obvious to the user that its an executable file.. (almost like virus scan, although a virus scan option might be nice to, i think one that scans in general for code, would be alot more effective, (maybe it could auto scan it while downloading, and popup if it finds any, with the exception of any executable file extensions
30. auto-zip any 'self executables' that are downloaded by the user (making the filename, the website name, and the date downloaded, the .zip 's filename. EX: "AutoRun,Microsoft.com,8-21-09.zip"
31. un-hide links, shows the true link to a webpage.
This ofc would be optional, and probably webpage specific
32. ability to right click, and mark element as popup, so users can block out side banners ect
33. option to disable smileys, which would be reverted back into text when found (i find them anoying in bodys of text)
34. option to add hot keys for links (relative based, not url based if possible, which are website based, similar to the mouseless idea, but users would choose the hot key
35. Google Topic Updates, users would be kept up to date on any news, involving the topics he/she list, and nothing else (this would be a webpage)
EX:
a user inputs the following topic: Blizzard
a list of possible sugestions wouldcome up, "Blizzard" Company?, "Blizzard" Weather, "Blizzard" DQ?, ect
then the user clicks which one to keep up to date on, lets say they clickcompany.
Now anything related to blizzards game releases, stock prices, conventions, updates to games, ect would be displayed, in a long scrollable list, acording to date (most recent on top)
NOTE: users would be able to submit news, which would be prompted to type in a few "Tags" to explain what the news pertains to (any news they find online) This would only be able to take exact text, directly from a website, and quote it, and would require a few people to submit the same general chunk of the text, to be added to the news section for a specific topic, although this would infact be vulnerable to "GoogleBombing", there could be some measures taken against it, like the website the info came from, could be required to match the Tags given to the news, at least in a general way. Also News could be "Thumbs Downed" where it would be removed from the list (assuming far more down than up)
This would create a great user driven system, to get news out about the things the particular users are in fact interested in.
