Personally, I use the Search Status plugin for Firefox religiously. I use it to check link statuses, alexa ranks, page rank, and more ... it's a really handy tool. Other than that I just miss StumbleUpon. What plugins / extensions do you guys want when Google Chrome comes out with extension capabilities?

Download Accelerator.
Chrome could definitely use something like that. Besides that, not much I can think of. And yeah as you mentioned SU would be nice for those that still use that service.

Image zoom. There's an extension like that for Firefox, and it's extremely useful, because the built in zoom function (on both Chrome and FF) only zooms text. For those of us with not-so-good vision, an image zoom saves a lot of squinting. ;>

Actually Firefox 3 already zooms images!!!
So, you don't even need an extra extension, just zoom in the page, and the images get zoomed as well :p

If it comes to me, in FF i love -FoxyTunes ( i use them as media controler only ) -Gmail Notifer -Cooliris -FlagFox -FlashGot (i used with Free Download Manager) -Linkification -Sxipper (especialy that one, awsome addon for auto form fill, with own site database allowing to store way to fill forms from diffrent users, so most often registraions etc was like 2 clicks) Also i hope that future extensions wont slow down Chrome so much like they do with FF ^^

For image zooming I use following bookmarklets: Zoom In: javascript:(function(){%20function%20zoomImage(image,%20amt)%20{%20if(image.initialHeight%20==%20null)%20{%20/*%20avoid%20accumulating%20integer-rounding%20error%20*/%20image.initialHeight=image.height;%20image.initialWidth=image.width;%20image.scalingFactor=1;%20}%20image.scalingFactor*=amt;%20image.width=image.scalingFactor*image.initialWidth;%20image.height=image.scalingFactor*image.initialHeight;%20}%20var%20i,L=document.images.length;%20for%20(i=0;i<L;++i)%20zoomImage(document.images[i],%202);%20if%20(!L)%20alert(%22This%20page%20contains%20no%20images.%22);%20})(); Zoom Out: javascript:(function(){%20function%20zoomImage(image,%20amt)%20{%20if(image.initialHeight%20==%20null)%20{%20/*%20avoid%20accumulating%20integer-rounding%20error%20*/%20image.initialHeight=image.height;%20image.initialWidth=image.width;%20image.scalingFactor=1;%20}%20image.scalingFactor*=amt;%20image.width=image.scalingFactor*image.initialWidth;%20image.height=image.scalingFactor*image.initialHeight;%20}%20var%20i,L=document.images.length;%20for%20(i=0;i<L;++i)%20zoomImage(document.images[i],.5);%20if%20(!L)%20alert(%22This%20page%20contains%20no%20images.%22);%20})();
