If you were having issues with a laptop touchpad (synaptics or other) ... or even trouble scrolling with your regular mouse as some users reported, then it's time for you to rejoice.

Chromium (Build #2266) has incorporated a bug fix that takes care of the "I've scrolled down but now I can't scroll up" problem.

It's not in the official build yet, but if you want to go ahead and get rid of your scrolling problem, download the latest build from the Chromium nightly builds.
